Virat Kohli posted a message on his Twitter handle wishing the Indian team all the best for the upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup. “Our Under-17 boys are taking part in the FIFA U-17 World Cup which starts on October 6,” said Kohli in the video, “Their first match is against Team USA. I would like to wish them all the very best for the first game and the rest of the tournament. Go get it boys, make us proud.”

The upcoming U-17 World Cup is the first ever FIFA tournament to be held in India. It is also the first time that India will be represented in a FIFA tournament of any age group. India’s group matches will be held in New Delhi’s JLN stadium. The tournament starts on October 6 and ends on October 28 with the final being hosted at Kolkata’s Salt Lake stadium. The other venues for the tournament are Navi Mumbai, Margao in Goa, Guwahati and Kochi.
